Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting Evenrose Art. Each order is carefully handled, whether it’s shipping from my studio in Maine or directly from a trusted print partner. Fine Art may ship USPS or UPS, depending on the best fee and care for these larger pieces.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and see something you love, feel free to reach out.

Cost of shipping depends on the weight and size of the package. All orders that are over $100 and going to addresses within the US ship First Class for free. Other shipping preferences will be charged accordingly.

In-stock items ship 3-5 days after the order is received. Items that are made to order may take 5-7 business days to ship - depending on the third party.
Gifts and smaller prints will be shipped in flat mailers. Prints sizes 11 x 14 and larger will be rolled and shipped in a tube mailer. Framed prints or originals will be shipped as appropriate for their size.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue. For lost packages, we’ll help file a claim or offer a replacement when possible.
Returns
Due to the nature of original art and custom printing, all sales are final. However, I may be able to help if there’s an issue - please reach out.
